Program and Schedule Options

We offer programs from the day children turn 2 until the day they begin Kindergarten.

We offer two scheduling options, the primary differentiating factors being flexibility and guaranteed space:

Monthly schedules are tuition based. Children sign up for a set schedule and are welcome to join us for the duration of our operating hours on those days. Available schedules include 5 days (Monday-Friday), 3 days (Mon/Wed/Fri), or 2 days (Tue/Thu) each week. Families make a 30-day commitment, remit tuition in advance of the month of care, and have a guaranteed space for the school year. Families with children in this schedule option are offered two parent–educator conferences each year.
Hourly schedules are reservation based and flexible, available until a child’s 4th birthday. Children join us for a recurring or once-in-a-while reservation on an as-needed basis. Reservation requests are submitted via our internal messaging system. Reservations open each Monday for the following week (and remain open for the current week). Many families use the hourly option as a half-day program, for socialization, and for care while going to school or running errands. Families make a commitment to each reservation but may leave the program at any time. Because reservations are approved on a first-come basis, space is not guaranteed. There are no scheduled parent–educator conferences for hourly kiddos.

The schedule options run jointly together, with monthly and hourly kiddos sharing classrooms.

We have three classrooms, and children are assigned for the full school year:

Eucalyptus is our Toddler room. Children who are not yet 3 by Sept. 1 of the current school year are in this classroom. There are 16 total spaces.
Poplar is our Preschool room. Children who have turned 3 by Sept. 1 (but are not yet 4) are in this classroom. There are 16 total spaces.
Oak is our Kinder-Prep room. Children who have turned 4 by Sept. 1 (but have not yet started Kindergarten) are in this classroom. There are 8 total spaces.

Hourly rates are $19/hour for the first child and $17/hour for the first sibling (when both children are in attendance at the same time). There is a one-time registration fee of $250 per family.
